Reconnecting your Envoy-S or IQ Gateway

Before we get started reconnecting your Envoy-S or IQ Gateway, it's helpful to know what your Envoy will look like when it's successfully reconnected.

When your Envoy-S or IQ Gateway has connected successfully, the top LED light will be solid green. 

To reconnect your gateway first select your connection type.

If you don't know your gateway connection type, you can find it from the Enphase app by following the steps below

1. Select the Menu tab from the app Overview panel

2. Scroll down to the option "System", then select "Site Details" from the drop-down

3. Open Site Details and note the type of connection in use
